A Day At Rainbow
Here at Rainbow Pre-School, we make every day a fun and rewarding experience for the children, with our supportive friendly team who inspire and guide them to reach their full potential. Here is our daily routine that we follow to ensure a balanced and enjoyable day for everyone. Don't forget you can keep up to date with your childs day on the tapestry app where we post regular updates!
Learning & Development
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage to support children's development and learning. Our approach aligns with the four main principles of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. We cover prime areas such as; Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Physical Development and Communication/Language skills. Whilst we also work on specific areas such as; Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World, Expressive Arts and Design
A unique child
Each child is unique and they all have the potential to learn and grow. They can develop resilience, competence and confidence in themselves.
Positive relationships
Having positive relationships can help children develop strength and autonomy.
Enabling environments
Children learn and develop well in enabling environments, in which their experiences respond to their individual needs.
Learning and development
The framework guides early education. It applies to all children's different development and learning.
